About Paul
Paul Nowak has over 25 years of experience as a wholesale broker, working with clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. His team specializes in the analysis, design, and placement of Directors’ and Officers’ Liability coverage for publicly traded, privately held, and non-profit organizations. He successfully delivers innovative solutions for complex placements and cultivates strong partnerships with leading underwriters and key decision makers within the insurance industry. He alleviates carriers’ concerns by either drafting new forms or negotiating terms that serve the needs of both carrier and insured. Paul has earned credibility from his clients as a forward-thinking strategist who consistently challenges the underwriting community to create cutting-edge policies that meet the insured’s unique and evolving business needs.
Paul is a frequent speaker at regional, national, and international conferences, including PLUS and RIMS. He is a member of PLUS and WSIA and regularly attends PLUS and WSIA conventions and CIAB events. Paul has been a certified continuing education instructor for over 25 years, is Past President of the Northwest Chapter of PLUS Steering Committee, and an active member of the Pacific Northwest Insurance Counsel. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marquette University.
