About George
George Sella joined Brown & Riding in 2010 after graduating with a double major in Risk Management & Insurance and Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi. He has incredible drive and has achieved significant professional accomplishments in a short period of time. He joined B&R in an entry level position, and within one year he was promoted to Associate Broker. After another two years he was promoted to Broker. In 2015, he became a Principal as well as the youngest shareholder at the company at that time.
George has strong specialization in Construction and Real Estate, with a focus on Project business. Over the years, his team has worked on hundreds of projects, and he continues to prove he is an invaluable talent within the industry. George has been heavily involved with the placement of projects nationwide, ranging from industrial plants, highway expansion projects, museum expansions and remodel work, hotel, and mixed-use projects, as well as condo and apartment projects across the country. George is constantly expanding his knowledge base in the construction arena and stays abreast to changes in the legal climate.
George is also an integral part of Brown & Riding’s Construction Practice Group, a knowledgeable and dedicated team of Construction experts across the country, specializing in casualty, property, environmental, and professional liability. Together, they are adept at placing General and Excess Liability policies (including annual, project specific, OCIP/CCIP, Builders Risk, and Professional Liability) and commercial and residential Wrap-ups.
