About Chris
Chris Dockery joined Brown & Riding as a Casualty Broker in 2005. Seeing the potential for rapid growth, he quickly gravitated towards the Environmental sector, developing complex programs for construction, manufacturing, and real estate clients. He is an expert in delivering comprehensive Environmental exposure and coverage analysis and was one of the founders of the firm’s Environmental Practice Group. As the market continues to grow, Chris is often approached by carriers launching Environmental divisions for advice on industry-leading coverage forms and what is evolving in the marketplace. In addition, Chris and his team specialize in complex primary and excess casualty deals focused on manufacturing and construction often as part of M&A activity.
Prior to joining B&R, Chris began his insurance career in 2002 by joining a leading insurance broker and risk advisor, where he gained experience in Manufacturing and Life Sciences on both national accounts and middle market brokerage teams. Chris received his Associate’s in Risk Management (ARM) in 2003.
